Our Cancellation Policy

At You Will Love Tours Travel, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fair treatment for both our customers and our partners. Our cancellation policy is designed in accordance with Turkish travel regulations and TÜRSAB guidelines.

All cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) to be considered valid. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

Cancellation Timeframes & Refunds

7+ Days Before Tour

Full Refund (100%)

Cancel at least 7 full days before the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. No cancellation fee applies.

3-6

3-6 Days Before Tour

Partial Refund (70%)

Cancel between 3-6 days before the scheduled departure time to receive a 70% refund. A 30% cancellation fee applies.

48h

Within 48 Hours

Partial Refund (50%)

Cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time to receive a 50% refund. Last-minute preparations and reserved spots incur costs.

No Show

No Refund (0%)

Failure to show up for the tour without prior notice will result in no refund. All fees are forfeited.

Special Circumstances

Weather & Force Majeure

  • Tours cancelled due to severe weather conditions receive full refunds
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest) are fully refundable
  • We monitor weather conditions and proactively notify affected customers

Medical Emergencies

  • Medical emergencies with proper documentation receive special consideration
  • Contact us immediately with supporting documents
  • We may offer rescheduling or partial refunds at our discretion

  • All times are based on Istanbul local time (GMT+3)
  • Group bookings (8+ people) may have different cancellation terms
  • Special event tours and private tours may have non-refundable deposits
  • Third-party fees (bank charges, payment processor fees) are non-refundable
  • This policy complies with TÜRSAB regulations and Turkish consumer protection laws
