If you're running late, please contact us immediately:
- Up to 15 minutes late: We'll try to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee full tour duration.
- More than 30 minutes late: Considered a no-show. No refund will be issued.
- For group tours: The tour will depart on time. Latecomers may need to join at the next meeting point.
Important: Always arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
