Terms & Conditions

1.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment or deposit payment as specified during checkout, and upon receipt of a confirmation email from us.

1.2 Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate personal information including full name, contact details, and any special requirements. Incorrect information may result in additional charges or cancellation.

1.3 Minimum Age: Participants under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult. Some tours may have specific age restrictions.

1.4 Group Bookings: For groups of 8 or more persons, special terms and pricing apply. Contact us directly for group arrangements.

1.5 Tour Modifications: We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other operational requirements.

2.1 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.

2.2 Currency: All prices are displayed in Euros (€) or Turkish Lira (₺). Currency conversion rates are approximate and may vary based on your bank.

2.3 Taxes & Fees: All applicable taxes and service charges are included in the displayed price unless otherwise stated.

2.4 Payment Security: All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card information.

2.5 Third-Party Fees: Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or payment processor fees are the responsibility of the customer.

3.1 General Policy: Our standard cancellation policy is as detailed on our Cancellation Policy page. Special tours or events may have different cancellation terms.

3.2 Cancellation Requests: All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.

3.3 Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemic situations), special cancellation terms may apply.

3.4 Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank.

4.1 Punctuality: Participants must arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

4.2 Documentation: Participants are responsible for carrying valid identification, tour vouchers, and any required travel documents.

4.3 Health & Fitness: Participants must ensure they are physically fit for the chosen tour. Some tours may involve walking, climbing, or other physical activities.

4.4 Behavior: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, dangerously, or disrespectfully toward staff or other participants.

4.5 Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5.1 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the price paid for the tour. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5.2 Third-Party Services: We act as an intermediary for various service providers (transportation, attractions, restaurants). We are not liable for their acts or omissions.

5.3 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.

5.4 Health & Safety: Participants with medical conditions must inform us before booking. Some tours may not be suitable for certain medical conditions.

6.1 Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary for booking processing, communication, and service delivery.

6.2 Data Usage: Your data is used solely for providing services, processing payments, and communicating about your booking.

6.3 Data Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data.

6.4 Third-Party Sharing: We may share necessary information with service providers (guides, transportation companies) to fulfill your booking.

6.5 Marketing Communications: By booking with us, you may receive promotional emails. You can opt-out at any time.

7.1 Complaints: Any complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the tour completion.

7.2 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

7.3 Jurisdiction: Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

7.4 TÜRSAB Mediation: As a TÜRSAB member, we are subject to their mediation services for dispute resolution.

8.1 Updates: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

8.2 Notification: Material changes will be communicated to customers via email when possible.

8.3 Continued Use: Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
